Which is illegal, unless the copyright holder a.k.a. the network, studio, and producers of the show have given permission to distribute there work on a P2P network its still illegal, just because it would not have cost you anything to watch the show on free OTA TV or cable, does not mean its not copyright infringement to download it. If you pay attention to the credits on many show's which I know I don't so I'll assume you don't as well, most explicitly state that they are copyright and any rebroadcast including over the internet is explicitly forbidden.

So while you may think that its legitimate and legal it is not, and is whether you think it to be or not Piracy.
