Default Anyone Having Problems With Steam?
i just got the orange box today it installed portal and part of TF2 but when i try to run tf2 its not done updating or i try to install Hl2 Ep2 i get this i also cant install cs:s
and its not just a account problem i have tried on my other account and still no luck and my friends list does not work
has anyone had these problems today? or even in the past?

Im DL three demos/games. I did it! Muahaha. I knew 500kb/s was too much for them :P

Not sure though, im on right now.

hmm this sucks i also reinstalled steam tried it in a brand new install of vista and got no change nothing

steam can be a real pain in the bung sometimes...i used to get problems like that in the past but they usually just solve themselves

i just disabled my windows firewall and plugged myself directly into the modem i guess ill wait for tomorrow and see if it works

reinstalling steam and re putting in the key im going to keep trying just random things

tf2 is always telling me its 0% updating the past few days. no worries for me though as i have been playin vegas 2 lately. it will sort itself out eventually. steam has a way of buggering things up now and then.

Deleting ClientRegistry.blob fixes a lot of steam problems.

it wont even download now the only things i can download are portal and audiosurf
