Well now...this thread has inspired me to start up a 24/7 Drift server. That's only of course if that's going to be possible. Either way, I WILL have a 24/7 GRID server if I can manage it out alright . So keep your eyes on my sig. Once it shows "ONLINE" status, I expect to see quite a few of you guys in there .

Changing topic is it just me or is downhill drifting retarded? I am having so much trouble trying to get it to happen but i cant seem to manage the slide and i always hit the walls, any tips? I find once the car starts to slide i cant hold the angle and its frustrating me

100% agree with you.cant make it happen on the Downhill.i managed around 90k the biggest drift on downhill

I would....and I REALLY want to, but I just don't have the room, as I will be adding another server (maybe even two) to the list here soon. As is, I'm already breaking the "8 line max per sig" rule as stated in the TOS...but meh on that one . I just really don't have the room for another club link.

Try not to have such high angles. A slight angle with a good amount of speed works best. When you counter steer make sure you don't over do it.

Yeah i figured that and have been trying but without sucess I think up hill would have been better? No? More power than anything else buy car control is better Ahhhh whatever its a wicked game...

Alright...seems I MIGHT have jumped the gun a little bit here.

But it doesn't seem that GRID actually HAS a dedicated server program??? I can't seem to find one ANYWHERE! That's a HUGE problem for me, since my server rig is running off an X300 GPU! There's no way in heck it'd be able to actually load the game and leave the game going to host it!

Anybody know of a solution for this? I NEED some sort of dedicated server program for GRID. But I googled it...found NOTHING!

Ideas?

This sux . I want to host it SOOO badly...but its kinda lacking the proper software to do it!
