Well, I managed to get 80 mil on my last 6 lap run... I still gotta smooth out some rough edges.

@Gill..: Patience is key. I use keyboard as well. Drifting, at first glance, looks like it's all about braking, however, that is not the case. Drifting is more about throttle control and your ability to counter-steer. Which, I know from experience, is pretty damned hard. So, all I can say is, practice... a lot.

Well new camera angles, as you can see i figured out how to remove the replay icons.
new paintjobs, replacing cars with other cars, removed the start up intro.

currently tryn to figure out how to hexedit and such so i can remove parts/ and possibly replace with new ones.

haha yeah, the paintjobs are quite fun, although they are kinda time consuming, you need some good photoshop skills, ill post a few pics of some files you work with.

Ok heres 2 of the files.
basically theres a main .pssg file for each skin, and its like a .rar that has a bunch of .dds files that are basically these files here.

you have to manually paint them in photoshop, then recompile all the files back into the .pssg and reimport that file back into grid.

I might make a video tutorial later on, but if you want anything in specific just lemme know i can probably whip it up.
