Default Oblivion error

Last night i remembered I have Oblivion installed on my machine, but when i went to run it I keep getting the Error "BinkCopyToBufferRect@44 could not be located in the dynamic link library binkw32.dll". I was going to use my cd but I realized I no longer had it. Is there anything that could be done to help me with this?

EDIT:
Nevermind I found my disk and everything went well.
