Nope, but you don't really get to choose the refresh rate so you're limited to 1080i.

1080i is 1440x1080
1680x1050 has more pixels

Ok i get that but i set the Res to 1900x1080 in the Game and in Windows not 1440x1080!

This is so true about higher fps with higher resolution and settings. Only seems to work with certain games tho. It works for me with World Racing 2.
