You don't need to google for the driver, Vista will recognize it and detect it right off. If you use XP, just google "site:microsoft.com xbox 360 controller for windows" and go to the download center.

I use two wired controllers to play things like Lego Indiana, but I've got a wireless receiver coming in the mail (they are not sold in China, only made here, lol).
