And LegendaryC, drop the smartass 'tude. You aren't impressing anyone. I've been around this forum more than long enough to prove that I am not a liar.
When did I saw you were lying? Oh right, I didn't. I said it was low settings. Meaning the explications would be

1. You think you did, but didn't.
2. You did, but Wars set it back to low/setting it to high never actually set it.
3. You were lying about the stupidest thing.

Now, #1 is possible, but unlikely. #2 is the most likely, I've had problems with changing settings in Warhead, Wars, and Crysis myself, and #3 would just be pointless and flat out stupid, extremely unlikely, especially for a long time respectable member.

Just a misunderstanding.

We can agree there. This is nothing to hold a grudge about or stay upset about.

Shall we move on and forgive and forget?

I know - I read his posts. I was just stating that those are not the high settings, because he thought they were.

Make it fullscreen. I've noticed huge frame rate drops when in a window. (In all games, actually.)

Now that I've finally got the game, I have played it and I guess I am 3/4 of the way or more in.

With my rig at 3.2Ghz I have gotten high 30s with Mainstream and Mid 20s with Gamer settings @ 1680x1050.

Crysis takes up 1.1Gb of RAM,my percentage RAM used soars to 80% and I have 500mb left . Time to get 64bit...

This is heaps improved over the original although I think its good to play the original to get an understanding of the storyline.

Awesome game. The AI is improved...but still stupid.

BTW, make the game harder...

EDIT: I've just finished the game, it really is well put together.
