The game is great. It was more polished in beta than AOC was 4months after release, no lie. There are a couple bugs in WAR that are still being addressed but nothing that is too bad, unless you are playing one a server that has QUE times. There are some instances where your game will crash to desktop due to performance issues with the game (Altdorf, the order capital city, is notorious for causing this) If i was on a server with no que times it wouldn't be a problem. But since i'm on the most populated server I avoid altdorf like the plague during primetime because if i crash to desktop I get to wait 45mins in a que to get back into the game.

From lvl 1-20 I have only run into 1 bugged quest. And an appeal to the csr took care of that for me (quest journal advanced but i didn't receive the item in inventory)

The scenarios are really fun and a great source of xp. The PQ system is really interesting and makes for great rewards/items and decent xp. And then the typical quest till your eyes bleed system is in there also.

Mythic has done a great job with ensuring that fixes to major bugs happens asap. They also cloned several servers that have populations that are too large that a 300-400person que is involved during primetime, so that people had the option to move to the new server and not lose anything.

So far A+ for mythics launch of Warhammer. Probably one of the best quality launches of an MMO i have seen, yes it beat WoW's launch hands down.

Oh so moving to a new server is technically possible. I wonder if they will offer this a as fee service like WoW had.

The way they did it, was that the super high population servers they cloned on thursday and then just renamed the cloned servers to something else. This gave you the option of moving to that server without losing anything that day. If i was to switch servers i could get my character at lvl 13 since that was the level i was at the time they cloned the servers. But if i was to go to that server now i would lose all the levels and gear i gained from thursday on.

As for character transfers i dont know if they will be offering that or not. I dont think they will be offering this early into release but possibly later on down the road.

BTW the one greatest thing i think Mythic is doing is banning the gold selling spammers and they let you know they banned them with small pop ups in the middle of your screen telling you they sent XXX to the firery pits of whatever. It was pretty rediculous to log on Tuesday and start getting spam from gold sellers.

Ya I get quite a few of those spammers. Need to institute a rule like Guild Wars that you cant trade or PM people if your account is only so many days old.
