is it just me or does it take a really long time

Same thing with TF2, and in TF2 it messes up the models 50% of the time. The source engine is my guess =/.

Mine work 100% fine, CS:S is snappy and Tf2 a little slower alt-tabbing back in.

slow RAM, slow page file

I can tab in and out of CSS at 1920x1200 in about .5 seconds, its like changing windows for me, seriously

Once in a while models get colored screwy that only is fixed by restarting the game

loading is slower, but still >2 seconds


same with COD4, black screen for ~2 seconds then game resumes as normal...


I think it has to do with memory bandwidth
