From a fellow Asian: if you find yourself getting tired, you need to work out more. If you work out, you'll find yourself full of energy the next day and you'll be able to stay awake even after work.

Nah, it's actually the opposite effect. Join a gym, go jogging or hop on a bike. It's cold outside but if you wear something warm (like a hoodie), you can still manage to get a decent cardio exercise going.

Ahaha. I played the exact same server. I "quitted" when the servers economy got screwed up. I quit during the time that everyone was duping everything. After that the server got wiped and I didn't feel like starting over.

I have a treadmill at home but the longest I can run on it is 15 minutes... After 15 minutes I'll probably have nothing to do and go sleep again. Ahaha. But I will give exercise a try.

Wow, he asked for a good MMO and you are telling him to go work out?
I would take that as an insult, how does he know you are out of shape, just because you play MMORPGs? Way to buy into the stereotype.

In any case, Guild Wars is very good, I recomend getting Prophecies and Eye of the North, and skipping Factions and Nightfall. You can get the "Platinum Edition" that comes with Prophicies and EOTN for $36 (and free shipping) from Newegg.
