Indeed it is, good thing they didn't make it a licensed car so it is obtainable for "free" players. It takes a lot of saving up though. When I started, I fully upgraded my class 1 car before moving to a class 5 car. I had a winning percentage of 70%, until I started racing with class 5 and 6 cars hehe.

Is it worth using a steering wheel and pedals with this game or is support shoddy?

I don't know, but the guys that have wheels swear by them. Personally I just race with keyboard though (and beat many guys with wheels but that's another story).

Either way, it's a free game so it doesn't hurt to try I guess

It is actually a pretty sweet game, Use to play it but haven't touched it in awhile.

Wouldn't mind getting back into some though.

They did a pretty big update this time, some tracks and cars have been added and added a clan system and stuff like that. The graphics have also been improved and the game is fairly easy to play maxed out. Just make sure to turn motion blur off (it always annoys me ).
