True, but you'll get around 550 kb/s on the update with a decent connection. Oh and if you don't have .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed, it will prompt you to do so, at least that's what happend on my spare rig (current sig rig).

No there isn't an OCN team yet. Sad thing is, I just spend all my AP points on some silly stuff in the shop. And setting up a team costs 500AP (500AP is 5 bucks). In the game you get RP's and AP's, you have to pay for AP's (licensed stuff) and you can race to earn RP's. There are also events and other things you can do to get free AP though, which is what I did.

The patch is capped at 320kb/s, the game download for me at 3mb/s, which is my Internets maximum speed, so no cap there.
