I have ch pedals too, I'll probably sell them to offset the cost somewhat. Since CH are such great quality and last for decades the resale value is pretty good, gonna try to get about $70 out of them.

I am in Costa Rica, so I would not be able to resell them. 99% of the people here think that the cpu is the computer! Maybe I can sell it to some pilots at the airport, though.

Get it. You won't regret it. The only thing about this kit is that the throttles friction knob is underneat it. And I have bolted it down lol.

OMG, lol! Is the bolt down system such that you could make it removable, like a wall mounted phone if you get my meaning?

From the look of the holes, I would say no. It looks like a straight in bolt, but I don't have them, maybe they have some sort of clamp/bolt mechanism?

Anyways, check this video out. Music is annoying but it shows the features very nicely. Favorite thing is the easy trim!

It's just the holes for screws/bolts, no "system". I predrilled holes for 6mm wood screws in my desk and screwed them down. The plate is pinewood and 1" thick so it's not going anywhere. After I did that I remembered the friction thingy. Oh well.

Ah, I was hoping it was one of those keyhole things where the hole lets a screw or bolt head through, then you slide it won and it locks on. Maybe drill an access hole from the bottom of the desk, lol.

Got word from JointOps today. I won't be patching the game for a while, we're using 4.08 for basic flight school. Kinda sucks but also kinda neat. I'm excited!

Shoot, if you have the HDD space just make a copy of your game folder, leave that one unpatched, then patch your main folder and you can run either one you want! I have three versions of il2 on my HDD, lol.

Urufu, I downloaded 1946 from direct2drive and installed it. Then I patched to 4.08. Quick question, where can I get 4.09 at? Thanks!
