Or I shoot through a wall and I get accused of hacking for 1 kill for a headshot then u see a guy with 15 headshots with a M60, na he is not hacking >.>

Definately. Games I consider plagued with undetected hacks :

GTA 4, COD4, CS:S.

Punkbuster and VAC only seem to catch the script kiddies that download from MSX and other Youtube mass downloads fail to find the custom made 1-time scripts shared amongst small groups of friends, which have ultimately become the most used hacks because of their survivability.

They prolly arn't hacking they are just good... the best players always are accused of "hacking" btw if they are using a program to 1 shot kill or something they, more than likely, got it of the web and installed it, and know nothing about how to hack a game.
