Things are starting to take a really long time to research/upgrade, I can't imagine this on a normal universe.

Built Robotic Factories, it cuts your construction time by a percentage. The higher level Shipyard/Research you have, the faster ships/research you build.

Robotic Factory's percentage cut by level; http://ogame.wikia.com/wiki/Robotic_Factory

NAT (I call it NAT) Factory is also another form of Robotic Factory, but it is on a higher level. http://ogame.wikia.com/wiki/Nanite_Factory I don't have a chart of it's percentage though. I heard it tremendously reduces every construction time, but research's.
