ok i added you. instead of hitting that one i sent you some more from my recent raids. 80kmetal 80k crystal, and 60k deut. i didn't realize how little was on that planet. wait for it to biuld a little more then we will hit it and get you even more. every time you attack a planet you get half the resources. in order to get the full amount there i would have to hit it 5 times, and even then i wouldn't get all of it.

So I kinda think I'm going to set up my separate colonies as farms and just send the resources to 1 or 2 main colonies that have insane fleet and/or defense backup and do my research,etc from those 2 main colonies.

Does that sound viable?

Have 8 planets now. Not planning on settling a 9th until I find a really epic slotted planet, like a slot 6.

Probably gonna get rid of one though, because it's only 79 fields, and that's just simply not enough to do anything useful with.

Now the problem I'm having is too much res and not enough ways to spend it (because the younger planets still don't have shipyards up to full capabilities yet).

Christ lol, there are a good amt of low slot systems around me that I can take. Would I just put those cords in and set a Attack course on it to take it over or do I gotta do something else?

i have 2 planets i am not putting but shipyard lvl3 on. they are for resources and defense only. they are 111slot and 149slot.

You have to build a colony ship to take over an empty slot. I believe all you can do to an occupied slot is destroy the planet (someone correct me if I am wrong), then a couple days later, you can settle it.

Also, slots 4-9 are the best (will generally yield the highest number of fields), with slot 6 planets being the holy grail. But there's still a good amount of randomness added in, so you could get a 300-field planet in slot 1, though typically you'll get around 50.
