as far as strategy games go, the civilization series can't be beat. Sid Meier created the first civ back in the early 90's - if his games were album's he'd be multi-platinum. Civilization IV +3 expansions can be had for $40USD retail. you probably can find them cheaper at newegg...yep you can. link is below.

I highly, highly recommend this game if you like strategy games.
