would need extreme graphic cards to run a game in 5040x1050 (3 x 1680x1050) or even 3840x1024 (3 x 1280x1024) on any good detail... 4890 in tri-fire would even struggle

Somewhat OT, but why isn't there any quad-fire 4890 benches?

I had 3 19" montiors hooked up to 2 7900GT's, it was an amazing experience, I'm just waiting on more money to get it going again with GTX 280's.

First there is no reason to play at 16x aa. I have yet to see a major improvement visually. If you are suggesting that, with no specs, I am going to venture and guess you are posting from a laptop or a 2ghz powerhouse... If you want pics of my box, they have been posted in the rigs section or computer setup thread. Something like that.

you must be a little bit blind then because there is a difference, even if it is slight.

if you say there is no real reason to play at 16xaa, then there is also no real reason to play with quad monitors, or run at any aa, or even play games :/

i do not want pics of you box, nor even care for pics of you box.
i wanted a screen shot of a game you claim to run 'fine'

edit: just to make clear, i have no doubt that you can run a game on quad monitors with those cards.
i have doubt that you can do so at any high graphics with good framerate
