I'd say you can just run it, get the more ram and you should be fine on med-low settings, depending on how ur cpu bottlenecks and the res u play at

I prefer not to use google because it says on the specs that i cant run COD4,but then i lent it from a friend and it runs GREAT!

I then asked if it could run Call of duty 5,in a thread they All said i would barelybe able to run it and IT ALSO RAN WELL!
So i hav no idea why im even asking

but the only problem here is that if i do buy it and it doesnt run its pretty expensive!
so please dont just say "u cant cuz the specs say that you cant"

I doubt that you will be able to play with any decent framerates.
20 -25 fps maybe at low settings.
How well do your other games play?

With a 3.4ghz pentium 4, 8800GS and 1gb of ram I could actually play Crysis with Vista at 1280x1024 Very High, little bit of lag, but ran great at High.

Yeah I don't understand why people would be telling you you'd barely be able to play COD4/5... odd. Crysis is more CPU intensive, and that's your obvious bottleneck, but you should be able to play it on medium settings at least.
