I ran the demo on my 939, A64 3500 @ 2.7, 1gb DDR400 Geforce 6800 SLI and it was playable at medium 10x7 with small unit size

I play at highest settning on 1920x1200 with no AA but 16AF.

Around 40 FPS normal and this games uses 4 cores after 1.3 :3.

At 1920 x 1080 if I max out all the settings, with 4xaa I get about 20 fps in battle if I'm lucky. I think you're not registering quite how demanding this game is, and that it actually runs quite well for how detailed it is.
