Stalker SoC remains my overall fave game of all time. I'd definitely play it now that you have a rig that'll do it (I'm jealous you get to play it for the first time!)

The above-mentioned Complete 2009 mod is indeed great, and puts the visuals on par with more modern games (and will tax your system a bit as well when you max out the settings).

Once you've finished it at least once it's fun to play it again w/the Oblivion Lost mod ... you have to uninstall Complete first, so the visuals aren't as good as the are w/Complete (they are basically 'stock') but there's a ton of cool additions and changes to the game that make it worth playing again.

Once you've worn out SoC then you should play Clear Sky, which in DX10 w/high settings looks amazing, and will give even your sli 275's a run for their money (believe me, I know from experience).

Other than that, of course Crysis and Warhead ... no-brainers. I don't see Prey on your list, it was also out on 360 and based on your other selections I'd guess you've played it, but if you haven't ... it's a really great PC game, IMHO. It's 4 y.o. now and I still think it looks impressive to this day ...

Of course if you haven't played all of the Half-Life 2 games already ... HL2, Ep. 1+2 ... these are extremely worthy games.

If you like hack/slash diablo-style, Titan Quest/Immortal Throne is a very fun game that came out in I think 2007 and still looks pretty decent, lots of gameplay for not much $$$. Sacred 2 is also fun if you like that same style.
