Maybe for RPG fans like us this is easy. I still remember my first RPG. Lucky for me it didn't have that much text in it. You had like 4 classes to pick from and a party that could amount to 4. Back then we thought that was the greatest thing ever.

I'm pretty sure it's obvious to anyone. oO

If you're talking to the person who put up that magic barrier, it's obvious if you want them to remove the barrier, you shouldn't insult them...

If you hate long dialogues, do not ever play FFX. 95% of the game is dialogue.

I have not started playing this game yet. Hopefully I will like it.

So, I take it you're a speed D&D player, too. Don't go all "dubble-ew-teh-eff is a D&D?" If that's the case, avoid RPGs at all costs and go play some FPSs. The engrossing storyline and subplots are going to be about as useful to you as an assole on an assole.

Well, that last comment was unnecessary...

I have to agree with OP, if I wanted to read a book, then I'd read a book. There is nothing wrong with immersive plot in a game, but it doesn't have to be so much or at least make it optional kind of like Oblivion. And although the excessive dialog hasn't gotten to me yet, the difficulty has. I have it set to normal and I'm getting destroyed by the same group of enemies over and over. Way too much pausing and micromanaging for my tastes.

This game is pretty epic and Im a fan of the storyline/conversation. Especially when a talk you had at the beginning of the game bites you in the rear further down the line. Definately good stuff and best game Ive played in a very long time.
