i just bought it off steam, i started it first and it was installing all of its stuff. it gave me an error on c++ redistributable with a long error that had x86 in. i thought "no problem, i'll just install x64 version online. so i did. it still crashes what should i do?

I would get the c++ SDKs and .NET frameworks and see if that fixes it (if you don't have them already).

Could you post the error?

nah run as admin didn't even work, i had to turn off uac and run it for the first time.
