Default Bioshock and Oblivion IV...

Are either of these games DX10?

Contemplating whether to go to Win 7 and I just picked these up for $20 each.

You don't need W7 for DX10...

Bioshock has a few DX10 effects. There are only a few small differences between DX9 and DX10 mode... little things such as the way water splashes when you walk through it and I think some of the fire effects were made to look a little more realistic as well.

Oblivion uses only the DX9 API as others have said.

If you're thinking about adding more RAM(it looks like you have 2GB installed right now according to your CPU-Z links?) and you want to move to a 64-bit OS, then it may not be a bad idea to grab a copy of 64-bit Windows 7.
