Default [MW2] expect to be ripped off in OZ

so id just finished playing UT3, and the MW2 add came up from steam, $89.99 for Australians, $60 everywhere else.....what gives......

its not like it costs steam any extra dollars to allow the game for sale over here...its BS imo, why do we always have to get ripped off.....were getting charged 50% more than the rest of the world for what......its the same damn game RAWR!!, makes me so cranky

89.99 Australian Dollars = 83.88 USD. I don't think it's fair either, but what do I know, I dont' live there.

The australian dollar is doing much better then the USD. I don't think a direct price conversion is appropriate here, but then again the company is american so what do they care, they'd get $80 USD for the game still this way.

Just another reason why I will not be buying this game.

Besides that, games are always way over priced in this country, look at 360 games for example new games can sometimes start at $130AUD. $100AUD is the standard price for new games in this country.

xFALL3Nx is right! delete the traces of your illegal activity! I can clearly see hlm-gtasa on your desktop and even though that probably doesn't prove much, it's still an indication that you own pirated software. (for those who don't know, it stands for hoodlum gta san andreas, you can google it)
