There's is a new update that gives you all those things.
This torrent is completely legal and the update is the same as the old ones.
Though you need to have 1.41 to install this first. (didn't work for me unless I had 1.41)

If you can find the original for less, I'd say go for it.

Not sure if EVERYTHING is in the patch but all the things I could compare was in it.

Not quite, the patch comes with Euro Forces and Armoured Fury but not Special Forces. Complete collection for £7.50 is a great price - grab it!

Got it now, do i have to install any patches for the steam version, its quite confusing as this pops up on the title screen...



Then when you click it, it directs you to the offical website.. Does the steam version come already patched or ?
