Default Items necessary for complete peltier kit?

Im new to the peltier crowd and was just interested in knowing what all is needed for a complete peltier kit. Ive looked at the swiftech peltier with the meanwell psu but im not sure if i need more than just that?....can someone help me with this and thanks in advance!

Here is everything you need for peltier cooling.

Watercooling Loop
pump
tubing & clamps
radiator (at least a double 120mm.. more if cooling GPU or larger TEC)
waterblock
T-line or resevoir
water additive or other liquid

Peltier Setup

power cable
relay switch and/or toggle switch
Neoprene insulating foam
dieletric grease
Arctic Silver Ceramique
silicone coating spray
cold plate

There isn't a good performing peltier kit. For arguably the best performing setup, look to this thread Close to the same question as you asked.
