Yeah I went back to the site and checked it out, it looks totally redesigned and more effecient based on the slope of the cooling fins. Its going to be intresting to see these start popping up in heavily OC'd rigs and the temps.
The fan is BIGGER that will make a difference definently.
Ought to make a mark in the cooling arena.

BTW: nice verified OC.

Its 70 in here and the q6600 quad is at 3.4 and idling at 14/20 on low with case fan off. cpu idle saver thingy is on so its at 6x378 idle. On high it hits 62 degrees prime 95 1 hour in on small ftt's on a 75+ degree day.

In my opinion the Eliminators are little workhorses, that freezone elite has my intrest. gauging by what the eliminator does with cooling the quad, the elite can just sit on the desk and coolit by looking at it.

Mess with fan layout and you can drop some more. Im having a he!! of a time keeping mine warm during idle and now that are temps are back to normal its running cooler. If i figure anything else out Ill keep you posted as to the mod or air circulation and likewise.

Hey can one of you Coolit guys do me a favor and run a little test?

Set your vcore to 1.55 in BIOS and prime for an hour, and tell me what your temps are. I'm curious......

Give me an 2 hours and Ill do a screen shot. Its going to be 1.55 in bios and probably around 1.47 cpu-z (after vdroop).

Let em cycle it a few times and Ill see about putting it at 4ghz and railing it, I was planning on running a prime 95 small ftts when I do the 4 and Im sure voltage will be close to that.

OK 1.56v in bios 3.6mhz 58 minutes is 69/63/69/63 thermal isn't broken in yet. Probably should reseat the cpu a little. It will come down 4-5 degreed in teh next few days and then Ill start adjusting fan configurations again.
Heres a screen shot during, I popped it off after an hour for the wife to do some work.
It shows between 1.46 and 1.50 in cpuz after vdroop.

Pic is 12 minutes into it the core temps actually dropped after 30 minutes.
Super pi 1m is 14.156
