I saw these things on *-bay and was wondering what could I do with these?

Those are to small to use for much other then a beer or pop cooler...You could try using them to make some kind of water chiller,but since you don't WC thats not really an option and they don't work very well either....Here are some links that go into detail on Pelt cooling the CPU....
