I don't see many differences, but my main concern is if I can buy these cheap kits and just install the TEC under my water block? I'm already reaching 3.60Ghz on my Q6600 @ about 46C so I'm not going to switch to either of those air coolers. Or could anyone recommend just a TEC? Thanks!

They use 50w TEC... that means it can move only like 30w. Your quad needs around 200w.
The TEC would die within minutes... if that.

Well I found a cool TEC/waterblock combination @ swiftech.com which looks promising. With the 320w 12v aux. PSU fit in a 5.25 drive bay I can power it solo and then some mobo gaskets and what have you and I should be all set toward 4.40Ghz, mind you I'm @ 3.60 now at 46C.
