For $100 it might be worth it, sort of... A thermalright Ultra 120E with a decent fan will beat the Freezone performance on load temps (not idle but thats not important).

I'd recommend good air cooling. It will give you better results and save you some money.

i have one on my system. Stock q6600 runs about 24 - 26 degrees, while OC'ed to 3.6 at 1.48125 vcore, i get about 36 - 40 degree temps. You will fare much better than i do because the regular freezone was made for dual cores, not quads. They released their Freezone Elite for the quads. i think they are nice coolers, and they look really cool in the system. Also, coolits customer support is top notch. 100 is a good price for it, i paid 125 about a month ago for mine.

EDit: Robilar posted while i was typing this. He is absolutely right, you will get better temps with a TRUE for half the cost. I dont see too much of a difference in temps, and i genuinely like the way the freezone looks on my cosmos case. I would replace the 90mm fan on it to a 120mm high cfm fan though (i am doing that now)
