Wow, lots and lots of goodies!

Is that dremel cordless? If so you may want to consider exchanging it for the 300 or 400 model. From what I have heard the cordless is great for light stuff, but bogs down easily, and is generally not good for cutting metal.

I will be watching this thread, it looks really great.

Oh and great job on the drive enclosure, your right the finish does look great.

ok well this day has been pretty long and hard (thats what she said ...|) well did quite alot of little things:

Fitting the PA160:


cutting the side of the 5.25" bays


bend it up and around


put some rivets on the other side and flattened the sides out and its a bit of a tight fit for the DVD drive in the bottom bay but it works out fine...


the PA160 fits fine and those cuts will be sanded down and still gonna put C channel around it

yea I was thinking of leaving it sleeved the way it was originally but I was looking at a bunch of logs and it just looks soo good to sleeve EVERYTHING and the PA yea measured it out just for that and the 38mm fan just fits behind the front panel
