What specific torque settings are you looking for?

Why would you need one. Most wrenches and impact sockets as well.are pre torqued.

I have always had the luxury of getting it from tool guys at work. I would recommend Sears for a walk-in. Make sure it is calibrated, though. They can go out of tune after a while.

huh? How is a wrench or socket "pre-torqued"? you can get torque sticks for impact guns and such, but thay are not usually as accurate as a calibrated wrench.

edit: I have always had good luck with off-brand tools as well. (Mac, Matco, Tool-Pro etc.) As long as the company is reputible and they offer a lifetime warranty, it is usually as good as Snap-on etc.
