it looks very dis-jointed to me .. the cold plate doesn't match the hotplate and the hot plate doesn't match the cover ... that's cos i went a completely different direction with the cover after i'd already made the copper plates. o well this was always going to be a short term block .

It should be working by the end of the weekend. Temps will be interesting. But if there not that great it wont bother me to much cos i've already got a huge list improvements.

i dont know what to expect with this thing. im guessing best case the cold plate will be at 0 at load which would mean load temps around ambient. Obviously the ambient temp will affect this ..

i dont have a Y i only have a T to use with this thing and my flow rates are already pretty low due to the massive length of tubing i have.... so we will just have to see how she goes.

Smaller bolts my friend.
And place a spacer plastic washer.
You're assisting in heat transfering from hot to cold a little too wel.

ok results

At 11.5 volts (Umax is 25) it cools my 190watt load to 17c with an ambient of 14 .. i'll crank up the voltage now

hot side is showing 18.7 cold side of -0.5

Voltage at 16.4 now
Now the hot side is 20.6 and the cold side is -6.7 while running prime
CPU well err that's off the scale now .. Which is awesome

i'll see if i can get more voltage some how
