Default Custom 62mm TEC Water block

Im make a 62mm water block for TEC's

This is a pic of the hot side channels ..
yes i know there's a corner missing .. oh well you live and learn .

the channels are 6mm deep .. with the water coming in the centre and going out of 2 of the cornners

1 inch of HDPE ... so it has the potential to be interesting. However i've never tried to machine HDPE before

Well the more surface area the better imo. I just hope the channels are the right depth to retain a high velocity through the block (because that's going to pick up a lot of heat with that surface area). I suppose it's up to to testing.
