Default what tec for these amps ?

What wattage TEC would be ok to run from a stand-alone 'cheapo' 550w PSU with a 12v rail of only 14AMPS - 20Peak ?

im new to the TEC setup and im just wanting to experiment for myself so....

i have a watercooling setup inplace for my I7 920

i want to add a second water block with a TEC's cold side strapped to it to act as a WaterChiller and cool the hot side with Heatsink and fan and see what happens.

im not expecting anything extreme just to help my temps cool down ever so slightly

One with a max of 14amps...probably about 120W Qmax which will get you about 85w at 12v in real world usage.
