How can I calculate the watts of the heat side of a peltier ?

You don't....You can but it a horrible formula.....Ferrotec have performance charts for their TEC's...take a look.
You will see that the heat from the hotside is about 2-2.5 times the cooling power at the operating point you are running them. 2 times is the best for a single TEC it is a good ballpark figure. Use 2.25-2.5 if you want to be really sure you can cool it.
