Default where can i get a tec / peltier?
as the title says . . .

and would anyone know if i could get water to condense on the cold plate?

you can get them from E-bay or frozen CPU to name too

And as long the cold side is below dew point it will collect water and this is pretty much gonna happen with any TEC
