Well what exactly is your plan. Those blocks are used commercially and so they have no worries about performance and/or galvanic issues.

well as i have said im new to this even though i have been running the crosshair II for some time now and im on my forth board i dont seam to get on that well with them even though i do think its an awsome board.
My problem is that even though im using a phenom II 3.2ghz black box i dont seam to be able to get over the 3.7ghz mark yea its prity good but im allways 1 for pushing every thing im using ocz 1066 mhz platinum memory not the sli but it is running as sli dont know how but it is my bios is the latest asus have to offer but still no joy above the 3.7 ghz iam using the standard cooling that is supplied with the cpu though i do want to go for water cooling asap and any advice that you smart ppl out there can give me would be very much appreciated

usually people hate aluminum in water cooling.

I will however stay that when you get a copper radiator it's not all copper it has solider and sometimes brass.

an aluminum will be all aluminum cause you can't solider aluminum to aluminum.

you can only weld aluminum with aluminum.

oh geez that sounded weird lol

Firstly if water coolings what you want go to that section not here.....This is the TEC section...TEC meaning Thermoelectric cooling....

Secondly if your query has absolutely nothing to do with the original post don't hijack the thread....make your own one.....

EDIT - I see dixon has already said this Oh well should of read on further I cant delete the post now...
