Question 5 400w to cool cpu

This is for a friend I think it maybe possible . He thinking of having a copper block made 70mmX70mmX70mm with 62mmX62mmX2mm cut out of each side expect the top . Mounting peltier 4 on the side and 1 bottom for the cpu with a copper block between cpu and peltier . 2 difference loops for the peliter on the side . 2 peltier per loop . He thinking of cooling the cpu peltier with the copper block with the 4 peltier on it . 75% power on the cpu peltier and 50% on the 4 peliter on the side . The peltier are Qmax 400 , 24 volts and 28 amps . He said he can mount the pelter on the block with the water block and mount it on the mb . So do u think it may work ?

Surely that wouldn't work too well cos of the massive amount of copper in the middle?

Something like that but only 1 tec per side . I was thinking with the middle cut out with some type of anti-freeze ( anti-freeze and water ) in the middle .

It heat transfer block doesn't need to be directly on the CPU then. The liquid is what is cooling the CPU block so the TEC unit doesn't have to be directly on the CPU.

The 1 TEC at the bottom then would really be the only important TEC. That would determine EVERYTHING.

Cutting the center out would significant reduce it's performance .. copper conducts heat far better than water does and you'd need a extra pump to pump the water around
