I know this is kind of out there $$ wise, but, I decided to add a second LC-200 to my loop directly after the fist one. I will only run the first TEC during benchmarks and the radiator will help cool down the water before getting to the second LC-200. Just bore I guess. Plus, I couldn't pass up the good deal I received.

I'll do a build log when I add the second TEC cooler. I've added a 3 speed fan controller, shortened the water loop and decreased the power the the Swiftech MCP655 so far.

Why have you decreased the pump speed ??
Surely you have seen the threads where reducing the pump speed does not increase cooling ??
To think the coolant gets colder because it spends longer getting cold in your TEC block is a fallacy it also spends longer getting heated up by the computer components.

I had it turned all the way up.... Along with the TEC. I reduced the power to the point where the temps started to raise and then put it back up a notch.

Well, my dual LC-200 project has had a slip. I blew the PSU when trying to power both chillers. I'm looking for a stronger 24V PSU that can kick out 20A and handle 2 of the LC-200's. It might be a couple weeks. Until then, I'm running the two of them with a PC Power & Cooling 880SSI. That's 12V @ 30A and they are running quite and surprisingly cool. I'm getting an average of 20c idle/50c load with the CPU @ 4.2 with 1.34 vcore.
