Default I will Phase Change my i7 965!!!

What would you suggest for Phase Change cooling my i7 965, eVGA x58, tri-sli gtx280 sc, 12GB mushkin XP3-12800 7-8-7-20 system with. I'm currently using the Antec 1200 case but will change it out if needed. I'll be cooling GPU's with DangerDen WB's and a custom built Water system, jsut need advice o nthe phase change. budget is wide open for the unit.

Thanks in advance.

How much you want to go for? If its a wide open budget and your serious, we could discuss a autocascade or something.

Well the budget is anywhere under $2,500 US. But as for autocascading... I don't really want my setup to look like a science project or a lab either. So I'm looking for a commercial type avaliable product.

Haha none of the polycolds I work on are science projects.
Then again might actually be out of your price range, then again those do -140C, too cold for your application. Though I've been talking with some people around here on what you guys do charge for units, like two stage systems, and I'm rather surprised. Might actually be able to cook up something around half your budget if you were interested.
Then again, will see what the builders around here say.
After testing though it seems the Mach and Vapochill are worthless for your application. Both crash around 160W.

you won't gain much overclock from phase I would guess. I tried my CPU under ln2 and only got up to 4.8 on water I get up to 4.6 but I didn't do ln2 for long maybe 2 hours so maybe with some more tweaking 4.9 maybe 5.0 through vantage

Well after reading the above... Maybe I just need something a step up from air cooling then? I'm currently air cooled on both CPU and my GPU's (TRI-SLI eVGA GTX280 SC's). Maybe a good custom built water system would give me the maximum gain over air cooling with out going to extreme measures? I'm currently benching at 4.2GHz and I'm 100% air cooling. I have ventured up to 4.3GHz but every other bench crashes etc. So for stable benching on air for me looks like 4.2 is it. I think at minimum I'll water cool the GPU's since I'm not above to due much to OC them on air/stock fans.

contact NoL about a custom phase change setup, maybe a two stager.... also ask for a chiller compartment for your watercooling loop, to lower the temps on those cards of yours too it'll be pretty kick arse

personaly dude your better off with water cooling. core i7's on phase doesn't justify the cost. the extra 500mhz-1ghz is not worth $1200 on a r507/r508 cascade. the world record for an i7 is only 5.5ghz and you know you can hit 4ghz on water, and only probaly 4.5ghz on a cascade. your better off geting a $300 water cooling loop and shoot for 4ghz. that or you could get a water chiller and chill your intire wc loop down to negative temps, or atleast 0°f.

So any suggestions/ideas for what I typed above? Should I just go Vapochill Lightspeed for around $850 and live with that level of gain/cooling? I'll still be water cooling my GPU's with setup other then air.

A little history here: My previous (2) rigs/setup's were the QX-9650 and the QX-9770 (Which I still have both). I was using the Coolit Freezone Elite (FZ-1003) for CPU cooling and my TRI-SLI eVGA 8800GTX SC's were cooled with the Coolit Freezone (FZ-1000). So I have had my hand at cooling other system with alternates to air. I liked the Cooit Systems units because I modded my case and had 100% of everything internal and it looked really nice. But I'd like to get stable testing with my i7 at 4.5GHz - 4.9GHz/5.0GHz and get these GPUs cooled down.

Thanks in advance for the help!
