wow you are way over your wattage limit. althought your problem isn't your refrigerant. you cant get much beter. next best would be r402a by a coulple degrees. then r410a, which would probaly cause your compressor to explode.

well anyway, your current overclocked wattage is 269watts. so this is the part where you need to help me out. im not sure what the xe 1 is tuned to. i know the pe is 130/160watts and xe 2 is 180watts but im not sure of the xe 1. what will need to be done is you'll have to either shorten the cap tube or replace it with some higher diameter cap tube.

hello thanks for your info,i am assuming that the gas is r404a as there is a sticker on the compressor, but someone else tells me that they are charged with 134a as standard.
Cheers

so have you tried looking for a good builder to mod it for you? there is gomeler on xs forums and nol. idk if nol has recovered from his broken arm yet or what. only thing i know is im not good with guestimating cap tube lengths lol. my guess would be 9ft of .031 cap tube for a 250watt load assuming you use r404a, r507, or r402a or r402a. r402a being the best right behind r410, but please if your doing this yourself dont use r410, your a bit to young to start collecting on your insurance rely though dont even touch r410. way to high of preasure for me to think of using. also you will need a good sized desuperheater coil. my guess one bacicaly doesnt exist with the xe2.
