It circulates, thus the need for your refrigerant to be compatible with your oil.
In low temperature systems, you must separate this oil out.
The oil going through the condenser or desuperheater actually cools the compressor.

Gauge prep! 6 lines made up, two lines for the hot gas bypass solenoid done as well.
JB Weld time, that will take the rest of the night to dry. Then will begin to pressure test components.

Extra insulation bolstering the HX box, pushed finishing nails through, holds the walls in, and lined all the holes with nice black duct tape. That'll seal it up before I spray it with foam later on.
Now to do some welding work.

Could you would you have a built in ten second delay for each cascade to start?

I remember you talking about some issues in which there was a bottleneck due to one cascade not being cold enough to handle the heat input from the other cascades.

A time/temp delay switch should be able to solve that? That way loop #1 is cold and stable before #2 starts up. Repeat until loop #4. Then queue the motherboard start switch.

Edit: Maybe that is more complicated than it sounds/worth.

Easy enough to achieve with a cheap PIC Microcontroller and simple asm program though.
