Hey guys, i just got my chilly1 evap and i have a few questions.
1.) Where do i put the cap tube in? Do i put it in the pre-drilled hole and make it go through all the spirals? Or do i make my own hole and drill it through the spirals into the core of it as seen in this guide http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...ad.php?t=49848 2.)Why did they drill the hole for the suction like to suck up the refridgerant at the bottom, right next to the core?? ![]() shouldnt it have been at the top so it has time to go up the spirals? ![]() 3.This doesnt really pertain to the evap ,but how long should i make my cap tube so it can hold an i7 overclocked load? My cap tube is .031" I calculated about 7.2', does that sound about good? ![]() -Thanks alot!

Drill out the small hole if you cant fit your cap into it...
The chilly1's are designed with the suction at the bottom so you want to feed the cap at the top. You can start by downloading dancap and use that as a starting point... http://www.danfoss.com/United_Kingdo...ils/DanCap.htm
