1) Hotter. Your brazes look like you melted the rod with the torch, not the rod melting and fusing to the copper. That means leaks.

2) Acrylic + Cold temperature = No good, might want to reconsider that, even though the resevoir looks great. Or did I forget that your doing warm?

3) All access valves need to be pointed flat or UP. Your filter's access is down, and it will become logged with oil. Should you try and access it, the valve will leak as oil jams it.

Glad to see the big fan working out! You'll have PLENnnnntyyyyyyyyyy of air flow.

That one braze you see there was the only one that had this kind of problem. Since it was so close to the acrylic I had to keep the copper cooler so that it didn't melt the acrylic, but therefore resulting in a crappy braze. If it's got a leak I'll have to go back and heat it up again.

I'm doing warm, so the acrylic should have no trouble.

As for that access valve, I'll see if I can point it flat somehow.

Thanks for the advice!
