So I actually started here in the hopes of commissioning NoL to make a phase change unit for me, but after adopting a stalker like fascination with my pm box (awaiting a reply) I've begun to wonder if he would still actually take a commission. Especially since the last job i heard him take was in like July.

I don't mean this to sound like a complaint as much as an inquiry into the realm of the phase change makers' community.

Are there many more of you out there?
Is anyone willing to help me with an i7?
could someone give me a price range or some criteria for me to choose a price range (i don't know exactly which road to go down in phase change town)?
Is this an inappropriate plea for help?

I was on there earlier. Seems a lot of people have bad experiences with their builders.

you know, i was thinking the same thing, but it might just be because they have a section that seems to be for bad experiences with builders.

since i'm looking for something 24/7 i think i'll have to find it over there (i don't think anyone here makes them anymore)

The main problem is builders are no longer allowed to accept commissions.
There were too many units not being built after full payment and some, believe it or not, not being collected with final payment after the buider has built it with just a deposit paid !!

Now you can only buy a completed system once it has been built and advertised in the FS section. Basically no more custom builds.

if you PM the builders some are still willing to do custom builds as for NOL I think he is back in school so doesnt have as much free time
