Question Repair of Vapochill LS

Does anyone know anyplace that repairs/services Vapochill LS's - and before someone suggests an AC shop I have tried and no one in Miami seems to have a clue as to what I am talking about. I have a couple of copper line breaks which I could repair assuming I can find copper pipe that small but I would feel better having a shop repair it so it can be looked over and refilled correctly. I am using Peltier cooling now and it is simply not nearly as effective. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
