Yes, kneaded eraser.
You use other insulation measures over the eraser, but the eraser is easily removable and reduces the need for messy insulation measures.

I was thinking about this last night too, what if you built a case that suspended your MoBo from the top, that way all moisture and condensation would have zero access to the board?
Condensation and frost quickly turn to water, once your CPU and rig is shutdown..what you cant really see from the pics, is the layer of shop towels under the mobo, that sandwich it to the mounting plate on my techstation.

*the eraser took 5minutes to peel off, with no trace left behind...now the mobo is ready for its warranty trip back to XFX

i love your two stage coldbug, you really take into account something i find most builders really glance over: A NICE LONG LINESET. Need to make it a little more sexy with some nice colored automotive braided insulation wrap. Like i have on the SS runmc of under-the-ice.com built me.
this is when i first turned it on

These are shots taken by Runmc during testing. the processor being used is an i7 920.

Rons units are very similar in appearance to mine...

On a side note: Green, black, red, pink.... is a matter of preference. I personally like black and dont like green but thats just my preference. If the new owner "NCSpecv81" had asked for green or even polka dotted I would have obliged ... but he didnt ask me so I went with what I had in stock

very similar, but not a whole lot of design choices for bench units. Still love your 2 stage, very nice and clean. I'd even drive to pick one up, but a 2 stage will have to wait till i get better with just one stage. I've got a grip of chips waiting to be beat on, whenever i have the time.

Its not just the cost of the compressors its also the starting components and all the other parts that add up.

example:
Evap 50.00
i7 hold down: 50.00
Braided suction line 60.00
Condenser(s) 135.00
TXV 75.00
oil sep 80.00
HPCO 45.00
HX 50.00
Filter driers, gauges, pipes, site glass, expansion tank, receiver, ect, ect ect...

Cascades are very expensive to build not to mention the 3 to 4 weeks of labor...

This particular one is going to NcSpecv81 from OCN...
